EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING THE FUSES IN THE CONTROL CIRCUIT WITH A BREAKER. THIS WAS FOR THE ROCK STACKER AND #12 BELT. THE MAIN BREAKER WAS NOT OPEN & WHEN THE BREAKER WAS CLOSED IT BLEW THE VACU UM CONTRACTORS & CAUGHT HIS JACKET ON FIRE - BURNS TO LEFT ARM & UNDER ARM.
