THE CONSTANT VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER FOR THE #6 ELEVATOR MALFUNCTIONED AND THE ELEVATOR BECAME INOPERABLE FROM 12:20 PM UNTIL 1:25 PM WHEN IT WAS REPLACED. TWO EMPLOYEES WERE UNABLE TO GET OFF THE ELEVATOR FROM 12:20 PM UNTIL 12:40 PM.
