EE WAS CLIMBING DOWN THE STAIRS AT THE PREHEATER TOWER. SUDDENLY HE FELL ON THE STAIRS HITTING HIS SHOULDERS WITH THE HANDRAIL AND HIS LOW BACK WITH THE STEP.
