EE WAS LOWERING AUGER ON EXPLOSIVES TRUCK. HE PUT ARM UNDER THE AUGER TO GAIN ACCESS TO AUGER CONTROL. WHEN LOWERING AUGER IT CAME DOWN ON EE'S ELBOW AND BROKE HIS ARM.
