EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING LIFT CABLE ON CRANE WHEN CABLE CAME LOOSE AND STRUCK HIM ON THE HEAD, KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND. SUFFERED CONTUTION TO HEAD WITH STITCHES AND CONTUSION OF BACK.
