BASED ON THE INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THOSE PRESENT IT APPEARED THE IGNITION WAS CAUSED BY THE TAILGATE DRUM IGNITED AN UNKOWN METHANE BLEEDER WHILE TRIMMING (CUTTING) 4' OF THE MINE FLOOR. M SHA NOTIFIED AND INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED.
