Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS RELINING A 240 TON TRUCK BOX WITH THE USE OF A HUCK GUN. THE EMPLOYEE ACTIVATED THE GUN AND THE GUN RELEASED FROMT HE HUCK HALF. EMPLOYEE'S HAND WAS PINCHED AND LACERATED BETWEEN THE GUN AND A CART. EMPLOYEE REQUIRED SEVERAL STITICHES TO CLOSE THE CUT.
