Narrative

EE WAS HELPING GUIDE 48"" BELT ONTO A PINCH ROLLER AS IT WAS BEING LOADED. THE ROLLER GOT TIGHT/PRESSURE WAS RELEASED WHILE EE WAS STILL HOLDING ONTO THE BELT. THE BELT JERKED BACKWARDS CAUSING HIS RT ARM & SHOULDER TO BE JERKED BACKWARDS.
