Narrative

THE INJURED WAS A MEMBER OF A CREW WHO WAS REMOVING ANGLE IRON FROM THE FLOOR WITH AN OVERHEAD CRANE. THE HOOK PULLED THROUGH THE ANGLE IRON & STRUCK THE INJURED ON THE HEAD.
