INJURED STATED THAT HE WAS PULLING AN OLD ROOF BOLTING MACHINE CABLE TOWARD HIM TO TIE IT OFF TO THE MANTRIP AND AS HE TURNED TO TIE IT OFF, HE SAID HE FELT SOMETHING PULL IN HIS BACK.
