A SCOOP WAS PULLING A PIECE OF BELT 240 FT LONG TO USE ON THE NEXT MOVE. EE WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE BELT WHEN HE SLIPPED AND GOT CAUGHT IN THE BELT CAUSING THE INJURY.
