EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A CONVEYOR BELT WHEN HIS RAZOR KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS RIGHT WRIST. THIS INJURY REQUIRED SUTURES MAKING THIS A RECORDABLE INJURY.
