## Narrative

A PIECE OF SLATE 6""X;6""X2"" BROKE OFF FROM THE ROOF AS HE WAS TIGHTENING A BOLT. THE SLATE STRUCK THE TRS, BOUNCED AND STRUCK INJURED ON THE CHIN. EIGHT SUTURES WERE REQUIRED TO REPAIR THE LA CERATION. NO TIME WAS MISSED.
