Narrative

WHEN LOOSE ROCK ON CAP COAL FELL FROM TOP, DRILL STEEL WAS PUSHED UP AGAINST TOP TO PENETRATE & DRILL FOR INSERTING ROOF SUPPORT. ROCK FELL APPROXIMATELY AT TWO FEET BEFORE STRIKING HIM.
