MINER OPERATOR WAS PULLING ROCK OFF MINER AND HE STRAINED MUSCLES IN HIS BACK AND NECK. HE HURT HIS BACK ON 5/12/03 BUT DID NOT MISS WORK UNTIL 5/21/03.
