HE WAS PERFORMING GENERAL MAINTENANCE AT PRIMARY #1. THE WIND BLEW OUT THE FLAME OF THE TORCH HE WAS USING. THE GAS BUILT UP AND WHEN HE WENT TO STRIKE IT AGAIN THE PROPANE BLEW UP IN HIS FACE .
