EE WAS CUTTING TREES OFF A CURVE IN THE ROAD ON FRONT SIDE TO REFUSE DUMP FOR BETTER VISION FOR ALL VEHICLES, WHILE RUNNING A CHAINSAW HE HAD SHUT IT OFF AND WAS SETTING IT DOWN AND THE CHAI N CAME IN CONTACT WITH HIS LEFT KNEE.
