ON 5/22/03 A SPIDER CRAWLED INTO THE EE'S SHIRT.HE FELT & TRIED TO PULL THE SHIRT OFF. THE SPIDER WAS AT THE ELBOW & BIT HIM. THE BITE SWELLED BUT DID NOT HURT, THE EE FAILED TO REPORT IT UNT IL IT BECAME PAINFUL & SWELLING GOT WORSE ON 6/4/03.
