Narrative

Employee was cleaning out the grizzly's on the dredge with a 5' pry bar. He placed the 5' bar on the walkway of the grizzly, then climbed off the grizzly onto the walkway. Employee stepped on the bar, twisted his right ankle, heard a snapping sound and felt sharp pains in his right ankle. Employee was given a splint to wear for two days. Released from care on 6/5/03.
