Narrative

INJURED WAS UNLOADING CONTINAL BOTTOM ROLLER OUT OF MINE CAR. HAD PACKED BOTTOM ROLLER UP OUT OF MINE CAR AND HAD TURNED TO THROW IN PILE WHEN HE TURNED HE FELT SHARP PAIN IN LOWER BACK.
