EE WAS USING TORCH TO CUT A BUSHING INSIDE A BREAKER HAMMER WHEN IT BLEW BACK HOT GREASE THAT WAS TRAPPED INSIDE THE BUSING AND CASE CAUSING HOT GREASE TO LAND ON HIS NECK.
