Narrative
EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A STONE ON THE TABLE SAW. THE STONE BROKE CAUSING THE STONE TO SHIFT. THE EMPLOYEE'S HAND CONTINUED FORWARD INTO THE SAW BLADE.
