Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING TOP. HE WAS USING TWO WRENCHES TOGETHER TO PUSH UP A BOLT INTO THE TOP AND ONE OF THE WRENCHES BROKE CAUSING IT TO FALL AND HIT HIM ON THE NOSE. THE IMPACT BROKE HIS NOSE AND THE LACERATION REQUIRED SIX SUTURES TO CLOSE.
