ON 2-17-03 THE EE SLIPPED AND FELL ON A SNOW COVERED ROAD WHILE WALKING DOWN TO THE PORTALS. ON 5-17-03 HE RECEIVED AN MRI ON HIS LEFT KNEE, SHOWING A MED MENISIAL TEAR. AS OF 6-16-03 HE HAS B EEN OFF WORK DUE TO HAVING ARTHOSCOPIC SURGERY ON HIS LEFT KNEE.
