THE EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PRY BAR TO LOOSEN A U-BOLT IN A 7 FT CRUSHER BOWL. THE PRY BAR SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER (LEFT) BETWEEN THE PRY BAR AND BOWL, RESULTING IN 5 STITCHES.
