THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING ALONG A BUNDLE OF GROUND SUPPORT WIRE WHEN THE BUNDLE FELL AGAINST HIM. AS IT FELL HE TWISTED HIS ANKLE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM IT.
