EE BEGAN TO ASCEND LADDER ON HAUL UNIT WHEN THE BOTTOM RUNG BROKE AND HIS FOOT STRUCK THE GROUND CAUSING A SEVERELY STRAINED RIGHT KNEE. INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TO COMPANY UNTIL JUNE 30, 2003.
