EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS LOADING THE MINER WITH ROOF BOLTS AND PLATES. WHILE HIS CO-WORKER WAS THROWING HIM THE BUNDLES OF PLATES ONE OF THEBUNDLES STRUCK HIS LEFT RING FINGER.
