AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED AT THE MAIN WEST UNIT ENTRY #2 AT 4442' WEST (MILLENIUM PORTAL) THE FALL WAS APPROX 40' LONG APPROX 18' WIDE AND APPROX 10-15' THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFEC T VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FALL WILL BE CLEANED UP.
