EE STATED HE WAS OPENING THE PAINT VALVE ON #4 TANK WHEN HE FELT A POP IN HIS LEFT BICEP. THIS BECAME A LOST TIME ACCIDENT WHEN EE BEGAN LOSING TIME ON 7/8/03.
