EMPLOYEE WAS PERFORMING ADJUSTMENT ON STONE CRUSHER WITH A WRENCH WHICH WAS BEING STRUCK BY A CO-WORKER USING A HAMMER. EMPLOYEE'S FINGER GOT PINCHED BETWEEN WRENCH HANDLE AND CRUSHER FRAME.
