Narrative

WAS WORKING ON A SEALANT MACHINE PREPARING TO SEAL STOPPING. AS HE TURNED THE MACHINE ON THE VALVE WAS OPEN AND SEALANT STARTING STRIKING HIM IN FACE AND EYES. BEGAN MISSING TIME ON 7-16-03.
