EE WAS INSPECTING UNIT FACE WHEN HIS FOOT CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO PIECES OF 18 INCH TUBING CAUSING HIM TO FALL. ON 7/15/03 A POSITIVE MRI REPORT(X-RAY) WAS RECEIVED INDICATING DAMAGE TO KNEE.
