Narrative

VICTIM WAS PULLING WIRE CABLE ON A BARGE WHEN HE SLIPPED ON SOME LOOSE ROCK ON THE BARGE DECK. THIS CAUSED HIM TO FALL ON HIS LEFT KNEE AND LEG CAUSING A CRACKED KNEE CAP.
