Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A PIN FROM THE TOOTH ADAPTOR BY DRIVING IT WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER. WHEN HE STRUCK THE PIN A SMALL SLIVER CAME OFF AND IMBEDDED IN HIS KNEE.
