Narrative

WHILE STRIKING A BELT SPLICE PIN WITH 28 OUNCE FRAMING HAMMER A SMALL PIECE OF MATERIAL STRUCK THE EE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE NECK LEAVING A PIECE OF METAL EMBEDDED IN THE NECK. THE PIECE HAD TO BE REMOVED BY A DR & THE WOUND CLOSED BY SUTURING EE WAS RELEASED TO FULL UNRESTRICTED DUTY
