EE WAS REMOVING CEMENT DUST AT CEMENT MILL #12 WITH A SHOVEL. SUDDENLY HE LOST HIS BALANCE CAUSING HIM A CONTUSION IN HIS LEFT FOOT DUE THE FORCE HE MADE TO AVOID A FALL.
