EMPLOYEE NOTICED ""SMOKE"" COMING FROM HOUSING ON SHOVEL. EMPLOYEE ACTIVATED THE FIRE SUPPRESSANT SYSTEM IN THE CAB WHICH FOLLED THE CAB CATCHING EMPLOYEE IN THE FACE AND EYES WITH THE MATERIAL. HE WAS TAKEN FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION, NO INJURY NOTED, AND RELEASED. DUE TO CONTINUED IRRITATION HE REQUESTED A FOLLOW UP VISIT ON 7/23/03 AND MIEDICATION WAS PRESCRIBED AT THAT TIME. THE 'SMOK
