Narrative

WHILE GETTING READY TO COME DOWN FROM A DUMP TRUCK BED, EMPLOYEE STEPPED ON SOME CONCRETE BLOCKS BEING USED AS STEPS. THE BLOCKS BROKE AND HE FELL BACKWARDS STRIKING HIS LOWER BACK.
