EE REPORTED SKIN DERMATITIS ON HIS LOWER LEFT LEG ON 7/26/03. HE STATED THAT HE THOUGHT HIS LEG MAY HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH SOLUTION WHILE CLEANING A MIX BOX ON 7/22/03. HE WAS TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS AND GIVEN A FULL RELEASE TO WORK.
