EE WAS UNLOADING SUPPLIES OFF OF THE SCOOP. APPARENTLY THE SCOOP BUCKET WAS SITTING ON SOME CHUNKS OF COAL. HIS FOOT WAS UNDER THE BUCKET AS THE COAL CHUNKS FAILED - THUS RESULTING IN HIS INJU RY.
