THE EMPLOYEE WAS WELDING ABOVE THE COAL MILL AT THE COAL INLET DUCT. HE WAS BENT OVER IN AN AWKWARD POSITION. AS HE TRIED TO STAND UP STRAIGHT HE FELL ONTO HIS KNEES IN PAIN.
