EE WAS ON LADDER CUTTING STRING, WHEN LADDER BEGAN TO FALL OVER, EE GRABBED LADDER HAD KNIFE OPEN. KNIFE GOT AGAINST RIGHT WRIST AND CUT IT. WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF SUTURES UNTIL 8/8/03. REPORTABL E ONLY DUE TO SUTURES.
