## Narrative

A LOOSE WIRE WAS DISCOVERED ON THE SECOND GEAR OF THE #1 HOIST DRIVE. THE MINE EVACUATION WAS COMPLETED AT 1:10 AM THE WIRE WAS REPAIRED AND THE HOIST WAS TESTED PRIOR TO OPERATION. MINERS RETURNED UNDERGROUND AT 2:10 AM.
