## Narrative

OPERATORS WERE LUBRICATING GUIDE ROPES IN SLOW MODE IN THE CONTROL ROOM WHEN THE BLOWER STARTER OVERLOAD TRIPPED. EVENT MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY HIGH TEMP. THE MINE WAS EVACUATED AT 5:15PM & WAS COMPLETED AT 5:30PM. THE BREAKER WAS RESET AND MINERS RETURNED UNDERGROUND AT 5:40PM.
