MAIN LINE #3 BELT AT 27 CROSSCUT. MAN WAS SHOVELING UNDER ROLLERS, LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL. HIS RIGHT ARM WENT BETWEEN BELT AND TOP ROLLER HURTING HIS ELBOW.
