EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING MECHANICS PUT ENGINE IN TRUCK AND PASSED OUT. SPECIFICALLY GUIDING ENGINE INTO TRUCK WITH HAND SIGNALS. HE ALSO SPRAINED HIS ANKLE WHEN HE FELL.
