Narrative

HE WAS HOLDING DOWN ONE OF THE KILN PLATFORM BEAMS WHILE IT WAS BEING HAMMERED INTO PLACE BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. SLEDGE HAMMER MISSED THE BEAM AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE ON THE RIGHT KNEE.
