EE WAS STARTING TO INSTALL HIS FIRST BOLT OF THE SHIFT, ON A CORNER. CANOPY WAS UP AND A ROCK FELL FROM THE ROOF, HIT THE CANOPY, SWUNG DOWN & PINNED VICTIM UP AGAINST CONTROLS & MACHINE.
