A FOREMAN LOOSENED A ROPE HOLDING VENTILATION TUBES WHILE AN EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING TUBES. WHEN EE WENT TO PULL TUBE AWAY FROM THE REMAINING TUBE RUN, A SECOND TUBE ALSO CAME FREE AND FELL KNOCK ING HIM TO THE GROUND.
